Experience easy commuting time management through mail plug attendance!

Mailplug T&A is a service for convenient commuting check of users. You can receive notifications before and after commuting time, and you can check the linked records on your PC in detail.

[Main Functions by Service]

1. Accurate commuting check

- You can check the commuting time through Wi-fi and GPS.

- Support for commuting from places other than the work place, such as out-of-home work or telecommuting.

2. Real-time attendance history

- You can view the weekly/monthly cumulative attendance history.

- You can view the commuting time, out-of-work, and vacation status of all work days.

- You can manage overtime hours corresponding to weekly working hours.

3. Easy time and attendance application

- You can apply for overtime work, business trips, telecommuting, and leave.

- You can add by designating an approver.

- Application details are divided into waiting, approval, and return tabs, so it is easy to check.

- If there is a new request, you can approve or reject it right from your mobile.

4. Vacation inquiry

- You can check the details of applied and approved leave.

- You can check information such as the period of use of the annual leave, the date of use, and the remaining days.

5. Useful Reminders

- You can receive notifications before commuting.

- Receive notifications about overtime.

- You can receive a notification when there is a new attendance application document, or when it is approved or rejected.
